Terms of sale
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy from this shop. More about the shop: about page.
1. Who we are
Seller: the sole trader holding ABN 53 775 929 055, Australia (name on ABN Lookup). Contact: a Nostr direct message to this shop's public key. We aim to reply within 7 days.
2. Who may buy
We sell to businesses and developers, for use in a business or development project. By buying, you confirm you are buying for business or professional purposes. We do not sell to consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and we will decline, or refund to an address you give us, any order we believe is a consumer purchase from there. Our products are not marketed to those consumers.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), the full price, with no hidden fees. We are not registered for GST, so none is charged. The amount you pay is quoted in bitcoin (satoshis) when you order.
- The bitcoin amount is worked out from an exchange rate when you order. The quote states the rate source and how long it holds (normally 30 minutes). A payment seen in full before the quote expires still completes once the network confirms it, even if that is after the quote time. If you pay after the quote expires, the price is re-quoted once, at the exchange rate when we first see your payment (never lower than the original quote): if what you sent covers it, the order completes by itself; if it falls short, we message you the amount still to send to the same address. An order is watched for 7 days after its quote expires. A payment that arrives after that, or after the order has closed, is not lost: we review it and will deliver the order or refund you as set out in the Refunds page, so message us with your order details.
- Network fees are paid by you and are not part of our price.
- On-chain orders: before we deliver, the order desk checks the paying addresses against a published sanctions list (the OFAC list), and we do not complete orders paid from a listed address.
- Larger on-chain orders wait for more network confirmations before delivery.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, by Nostr direct message, within 24 hours after your payment is confirmed. Large files are sent as a download link with a checksum (SHA-256) so you can check the file. If you cannot receive Nostr direct messages, tell us how you would like to receive the file before you pay.
5. Your licence
Each kit is released under the MIT licence included in it: you may use, change and share it, including in commercial projects, as that licence says. Material by others that a kit builds on is credited, with its licence, in the kit's THIRD_PARTY.md. Free tools and samples are MIT-licensed and provided as is, with no support promise.
6. Refunds and guarantees
See the refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. No advice
Our products are software and documentation. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and we do not recommend any crypto-asset.
8. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a faulty product is limited to the options set out in the Australian Consumer Law (for example, a repair, replacement or refund). We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, where the law allows us to exclude it. Nothing here limits a right that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and law
We may change these terms for future orders; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia.
